2 Carved baskets from whole coconut shells.

My dad used to have a jade axe head on his desk when I was growing up, this reminds me of that, and him, though it’s not jade.

Small wooden bowl, hardwood.

I bought this paddle from an exhibition of students in Cairns Far North Qld in the mid 1980’s. We ate green mangoes and chillies and watched pelicans along the esplanade and rode bicycles in the heat and the rain everywhere.
